

Japan Communication Coordination Centre is a cell within the organization and comprises of Japanese language and communication experts. JCCC is created to nurture and own the entire communication process of the organization, both verbal and written. Communication Coordinators working in JCCC are proactive in sensitizing everyone that, while translating or interpreting, people must interpret styles, expressions, and ideas, and not just words. Special care is taken while performing tasks like reading and comprehension, semantic analysis (overall meaning), lexical and morphological analysis (key words), and cultural analysis.

Role of a Communication Coordinator
- One Step above normal translators
- Activity not just restricted to usual translation/interpretation
- Higher Responsibility and Ownership
- Overall owner of entire communication process (written and verbal)
- Should have own stand against any issue
- Monitor project status regularly
- Follow up the activities (Deadline, Gaps, Client complaints etc.)
- Understanding and highlighting the cultural gaps Access to top management (for escalation)
- Cultural Sensitization of Engineers.
