At NECHCLST standard software processes (with appropriate life cycle models, guidelines, templates and checklists) are defined at organizational level and are presented as Organization Management System (OMS). All engineering, management and support functions’ tasks are performed according to the defined software process.

Quality Manual:The Manual states the Quality Policy & lists activities to be performed to achieve it. It addresses the various skills required for every role.

Procedures:Procedures should be followed in the software projects. It is not necessary that all procedures to be executed in each project. Applicability of any procedure to a project will be guided by the Operational Process adopted for that project.

Standard, Guidelines & Templates:This Guide is intended as a reference document describing the various Standards, Guidelines, Rules, Practices and Conventions being followed for development of Software System.

Forms:Form the Quality Records.

The entire set of QMS documentation is available at each workstation through HTML based Intranet application. This Organization Standard Software Process (OSSP) is tailored to create Project specific Software Process (PSSP) to suit the project’s requirements.
